How it works - our recruitment process
Selection
We make sure the right people get to the right places through a recruitment process that's competency-based from start to finish. In order to ensure the best possible match to businesses' needs, the process involves a structured analysis of personal characteristics, skills, work experience and education.
Interviews
After the selection, we will arrange an interview in which you'll get to meet one of our recruiters. After the interview, we will present you to our client. Our client will then conduct interviews with the candidates they select. The next step is to meet the company advertising the position. Interviews last approximately an hour.
Feedback
You'll receive feedback from your contact person at Bravura throughout the entire recruitment process, and you can always reach out to them if you have any questions. We even keep in touch with you after you've been hired to make sure everything's going according to your expectations.
